Job Description

Assembly & Inspection personnel will inspect materials and products, processes, or components for conformance to customer specifications. This includes in-process and final inspection. Their responsibilities typically include examining parts to identify any abnormalities, conducting measurements and assessments, marking identified issues, reviewing documentation, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

  • Follow production instructions, either written or verbal, as necessary.
  • Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations.
  • Review documentation and maintain production records.
  • Maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Willingness to work first-shift.

Wages start at $16/hour, based on your experience. These positions are permanent, full time, with optional overtime. You’ll receive 5 reviews within your first 2 years, and annually after that, each with the potential for pay increases.
